La ferme de Ian
Nous sommes arrivés dans la première ferme, où nous resterons deux semaines, pour y travailler et ainsi en comprendre le fonctionnement et les enjeux principaux.
Première impression : WAOUU c’est immense ! 6000 hectares, 3000 moutons et plus de 900 vaches. Bon apparemment c’est une petite ferme pour ici ! Ian est un passionné, et d’après tous les gens que nous avons rencontré nous sommes chez LA bonne personne, nous espérons donc apprendre pleins de choses ! Ian et sa femme sont des gens très chaleureux et nous avons déjà testé le fameux barbecue dont les australiens raffoles.

Ian’s farm
We arrived in the first farm, where we plan to stay two weeks to work and to understand the main challenges.
First impression: WAOUU it’s soo big ! 6000 ha, 3000 sheep and more than 900 cows. But in fact it’s a small farm for here! Ian have a passion for farming and forestry, and all people we met said us we are with THE good person, so we hope to learn a lot ! Ian and his wife are very friendly and we have already tested the famous barbecue.
